KATE WALL – SEED SAVING WORKSHOP
Join us for an exciting journey into the world of seed saving at our upcoming workshop!
Enjoy a hands-on experience with a variety of plant options carefully curated to enrich your understanding of seed saving. Learn how to not only gather seeds, but also gain invaluable knowledge on how to properly document and store them for future use.
During the workshop, you’ll master the art of separating seeds from their husks. This is an interactive session designed to keep you engaged and empowered as you embark on your seed-saving journey.

FLORAL DESIGN – CREATE A FLORAL FASCINATOR WORKSHOP
Looking for the perfect accessory to wear to the Expo? This easy and lovely flower fascinator is the perfect choice for adding the finishing touch to your Expo outfit!
Learn how to make wearable floral art at this unique workshop with the Nambour Floral Art Group. In this 30 minute session, you will learn how to create a unique and visually stunning, wearable floral head piece.
You’ll be provided with all the flowers and other decorations to make your own beautiful, stand-out floral creation. Come along and be inspired and at the end of the class, take home all your gorgeous wearable floral art piece to show off to the world!

KIDS WORKSHOPS – CREATE A GNOME GARDEN
While gardeners are busy buzzing like bees, the gnomes are ready to tend to their own gardens! Get kids excited about gardening for fun.
Join us for a craft session and make a gnome inspired garden to take home. Allow your child to unplug, think creatively, and make a mess (one that you don’t have to clean up!). Step-by-step we will build up a miniature plant paradise from dirt to watering. Kids will learn how to care for something they create.
All supplies will be provided. Numbers will be limited. Suitable for ages 3-13* years (approx.). Children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult.
Sessions will run as follows (approx. 30 mins each) on the Queensland Country Bank Stage.
