Explore a range of culinary and lifestyle herbs, from Italian and Asian flavours to fragrant tea and beauty herbs. Learn what to plant, how to care for your herbs, and how to make the most of your harvest, then create your own herb planter to take home and start your pantry garden.

LEAF IT TO ME! BY NAMBOUR FLORAL ART SOCIETY
In this session you will learn some tricks to use with greenery that you can easily find in the garden. When used in a flower arrangement, leaves can really take what you create from 'ordinary' to 'next level'.
There will be several leaf skills demonstrated, then you will get the opportunity to choose one of the styles yourself. Using rolls, folds, cuts, plaiting, glue, tape and imagination… there are few limits to what can be created!

ART FROM THE GARDEN WITH KATE WALL
Create a beautiful keepsake inspired by nature in this hands-on floral art workshop! Using fresh flowers and foliage, participants will learn the art of flower smashing to create a unique botanical card. Take home your own handmade artwork, celebrating the colours and textures of the garden.

LIVING SOIL WITH JORDAN ALEXANDER FROM THE SHED ORGANICS
Learn how to build premium organic living soil that is alive, biologically active and designed to help plants thrive! In this hands-on workshop, participants will help build a small batch of living potting mix, learn why each part of the mix matters, and take home their own pot-ready mix for a herb, seedling or small edible plant.

FLOWER POWER WITH THE NAMBOUR FLORAL ART SOCIETY
Have you ever been handed a bunch of flowers and thought, "What do I do with them now?" Have you ever struggled with, "Which vase would look the best for them?"
This session will help with some of those questions, and give you an opportunity to put what you learn to the test. You will finish this workshop with a better understanding of how to put flowers and greenery together.
