- MOBILITY EQUIPMENT HIRE
- Unfortunately the Queensland Garden Show does not have mobility aids and wheelchairs for hire. We suggest you contact Aida Care who may be able to assist.
- SHADED AREAS
- Shaded areas available: The Queensland Garden Show is an outdoor event. Although this event is held during cooler weather, we recommend sunscreen, and sun protection. You can take respite throughout the day in shady areas around the grounds.
- GROUND SURFACES
- Outdoor event: Although we have done our best to make ground surfaces as flat and level as possible, the ground at the Nambour Showgrounds can change due to weather or circumstances outside of our control. Parts of the event are held on a large grassy field so some areas may be naturally uneven or change due to weather. There are some curbs and inclines throughout the event however all efforts are made to make surfaces flat and pathways clear, and almost all exhibits are on ground level. Upstairs exhibits are accessible by lift.
- WIFI
- Free Wifi: Free public Wifi is available at Nambour Showgrounds. At times when the event is busy internet connection can be limited. Some of our stallholders may not have EFTPOS facilities, and connectivity can be an issue, so we highly recommend also bringing cash or using our ATM facility, refer map.
