2025 Exhibitor Applications

Exhibitor bookings for the 2025 are now open.

All 2024 exhibitors have been contacted via email newsletter to advise that bookings are available. To avoid disappointment we suggest that you register online as soon as possible. We have a very small staff and don’t have the resources to call people to remind them to register. If we don’t hear from you we can only presume that you don’t intend to exhibit in 2025.

FOOD STALL APPLICATIONS

PLEASE NOTE:  Applications for food sites will be looked at by the committee as a group and you will be advised on or prior to March 7, 2025 if your application has been successful.

EQUIPMENT HIRE

The Queensland Garden Show recommends using Excel Equipment Hire for all your site hire requirements. Contact them direct on 07 3217 3217 or email for their current price list.
